The Admission Process

Attendance at an Information Session or Open House

Attending an Information Session or an Open House will help you understand the Montessori method of education, provide an overview of the various programs offered, meet the teachers, and participate in a tour of the academy.

Application for Admission

Fill out the registration form and submit by e-mail or regular mail. Once we have confirmed space availability you will be contacted A deposit of $125 (non-refundable) must accompany each application. Upon receipt, we will acknowledge your application within 5 business days, and you will be advised that your child is currently on a wait list, pending admittance consideration.

Interview with Parent(s) and child

All prospective parents are required to come for an interview, accompanied by the child. We will set up a date and time that is mutually convenient. Offer of Admission and Registration Following the interview, the school will offer admission to your child, based on space availability. At this time, the school will request that you submit the following: * Tuition agreement (Signed by both parents/guardians) * Certificate for school entry * Photocopy of birth certificate * Payments (Post-dated cheques or full payment) * Authorization form for alternative pick-ups * Photo consent form * Emergency medical treatment form.
